I will follow my principles and my word and I will go against the petition. Edmon Marukyan

Edmon Marukyan, NA MP, today had a speech concerning Oskanian’s scandal.
As Marukyan stressed he will be the one to decide to go for or against the petition, since he doesn’t belong to any political party.

During the speech Marukyan reminded Oskanian about the years of 2003, 2005, 2007, 2008 years: when at that time he was involved in human rights protection and was called that he is a an opposition since he visited some oppositional figures, but now Oskanian needs that protection.
Marukyan highly appreciated the motivation of civil organizations which support Oskanian.

“Now it is the time to protect you, and yesterday’s protest action proved once again that you deserve to be in your post. In the past, on that mentioned years, I said that if there would be a need to protect you, I would do it. I will follow my principles and my word and I will go against the petition” stressed Marukyan.
